We pay O'Donoghues Slaughter costs personally, if you wish to pay directly  that can be arranged.

            Males / Boars over 7 months  if  un-castrated or showing any sign of taint will not be purchased

           Intact males over live weight 140 kg live weight or >100 kg head off carcase weight will be refused

            No consistant feeding of fried food or  food  oil ( olive oil or similar )  or food that will taint meat 

Females over live weight 140 kg live weight or >100 kg head off carcase weight will be refused  if found to be over sized due to injury moving pigs! lack of quality and if over fat! if you have concerns please contact prior to delivery

WE DO NOT WISH TO BUY COMMERCIAL BREEDS REARED IN PENS OR SLATS!

PLEASE NOTE €35 PER PIG IS DEDUCTED FOR EACH PIG FOR O'DONAGHUES COSTS FOR KILLING AND A  €5 FOR ADMINISTRATION FEE ( pigs over normal size cot more )

ALL WEIGHTS CALCULATED WITH HEAD OFF

ANY PIGS WITH FAR BEYOND THE NORMAL AMOUNT OF FAT WILL HAVE A REDUCED RATE OF €1.50  PER KG FOR THE EXCESS FAT INSTEAD (calculated fairly back at Gubbeen, and has only happend 4 c  times in the past several years ) 

ANY PIGS WITH POOR SCORE OR ISSUE WILL BE EITHER REFUSED OR PENALISED ( ie showing sign of poor diet / cold environment )
